Roles and Responsibilities:? ?Develop and maintain the company?s product documentation and training materials.
? ?Manage the company?s documentation process and monitor and propose improvements, as needed.
? ?Ownership of the company?s documentation plan and backlog (estimation, timelines, schedules).
? ?Design and develop new documentation solutions to facilitate advanced use of company products.
? ?Contribute to the timely design, production, and delivery of product documentation.
? ?Allocate day-to-day tasks to documentation team members and monitor progress.
? ?Review documentation to ensure compliance to standards.
? ?Mentor technical writing team and provide tools and process training, if needed.

Position Requirements

? ?Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related or the equivalent of education and experience
? ?Minimum of 5 years? relevant experience
? ?Experience working with Adobe Robohelp (mandatory), Adobe Acrobat (mandatory), Adobe Captivate (optional) and any image capturing and editing tool.
? ?Experience working with version control systems to manage documentation assets.
? ?Microsoft SharePoint administration skills a big plus.
? ?Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
? ?Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
? ?Strong organizational and time management skills.
? ?Ability to convey complex material in a clear, concise, and logical format.
? ?Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
